Elite Performance Leadership

What is the difference between a Leader and a Manager?

A Leader has followers.
A Manager has subordinates.

Mangers tell people what to do, and what not to do. They stand ready to hold people accountable, to ensure the work gets done.

Leaders inspire people to do their best. Leaders provides assistance, proactively plan ahead and remove barriers, and overall create an atmosphere where people thrive, work is done well, and innovation is driven by human ingenuity and not simply out of a response to a crisis.

Do you have subordinates or followers? Do you inspire, or just direct?

Be an Elite Performance Leader, become the leader you have always wanted to be, and the boss they have always wanted you to be.
